Mineral Based Boron Oil (Milk Emulsion)
Description
It is metal processing, multi purposed oil used for metal processing (cutting and stoning) by mixing with water.
It is very much suitable for lubrication and coolant of metals like aluminum and copper alloy, soft steel, cast iron, and light and heavy (metal filings) aluminum bars.
Spesification
It contains additives that prevents bacterium activity that makes emulsion life shorter. It provides excellent cooling. It provides the processed surface clean and plain. It controls metal filings boil at heavy processes, makes cutting parts life longer. It does not make smoke and smell. It prevents the rust on metal surfaces.
Mixture
It can be mixed with every water as long as no bacterium. To get the best result, it is made by mixing %95 water slowly and poring bor oil over it. Water is never added over oil.
Chemical Properties
